"Megan the tech was fantastic and very kind. I am very disappointed in the scheduling department though. I was advised the clinic located in Jacksonville was not open or available for any ultrasounds for the next few months. I drove the hour and thirty minutes to Wilmington for Megan to advise me that they in fact do have a tech available in Jacksonville every Monday to save patients from driving to Wilmington for these appointments. The scheduling department needs to have correct information as they could have easily saved me three hours of driving with discomfort, by scheduling me an appointment in Jacksonville instead."

"The lady who did my mammogram is very nice and she explained every step of the process. She made me feel comfortable. The woman at the front that checks patients in for appoints was slight rude and seemed like she had better things to do."
"Upon arrival, I heard the announcement that there was a kiosk where I could check in and pay my deductible. It worked perfectly. I needed directions to elevator B and was graciously given directions. The employees in the mammogram department could not have been any nicer. They were friendly, helpful and gentle. I went in within less than three minutes. It was such a pleasant experience."
