"Literally IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone - I have been on hold for at least 90 minutes total today. Once I finally got a representative on the phone, she put me on hold for 22+ minutes and then hung up."

"I was diagnosed with prostate, never a pleasant thing to hear, so I was referred to the Medical Mall for a Ct scan and bone scan. These people could not have been nicer or better prepared. My appointment was at 10:30am and Ai was taken in right on time. My second test was at 12:30pm and I was taken in early. Sam at the desk was a real gentleman. Heather checked me in and was very gracious and helpful. Melanie took me inside for the actual test and talked me through the entire procedure before proceeding. She really made sure I was comfortable and Gay, another woman inside just put me at ease. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of the women who did the later test, but they were just as great. These people will never see anyone at his best, but they do a great job. Hopefully, I will never have to go back again, but if I do, it is comforting to know that this type of person is there.
