"Mabel Elementary is a wonderful school full of wonderful staff. Everything they do is truly for the benefit of their students, whereas most public schools only seem to care about funding, etc. The staff really go the extra mile to get to know each student; although my siblings no longer go there, some of the faculty still text to check up on us. The food is actually a well-rounded meal, unlike previous public schools I've witnessed and experienced. I'm very knowledgeable about nutrition and never once questioned the meals they were serving the children. They have a large arts program, including choir, band, art, and orchestra. The music teacher is an excellent role model for all of his students, and perhaps some parents as well. He's an extremely compassionate and understanding man. I've had the pleasure of meeting him several times and his enthusiasm for music and the development of his students' skills is inspiring. The principal is also an amazing fellow, always going the extra mile for any child that may need it. Just his stature commands respect, but that respect is definitely returned. Mabel Elementary is an excellent school in a close-knit community, and anyone living here is truly lucky to be a part of this school if they have the chance."
