"The clinic was very clean and welcoming, very accessible considering I am a new mom and I tote my baby around in a stroller. Every person I talked to was incredibly kind with any concern or questions I had, and the Dr seemed genuinely compassionate- which I have not had great experience with in the past at other facilities. My only concern was I was waiting about 1.5 hours before being called back."

My technician called me back and explained how my time there would go. I liked how clean the areas were. My technician was awesome! She was kind & gentle. She did not make me feel rushed. "The Receptionist at the front desk was very patient, polite, friendly, and helpful. I requested a copy of my Mammogram on the CD prior to departure. The Receptionist communicated with Kelley, (the Tech) and I received my Mammogram CD. The Staff members are very professional, and caring. They are dedicated professionals and fill the room with positive energy amongst all that they greet with kindness and a smile. The Lady that cleans was professional, and friendly. She kept the waiting area, dressing area, and bathroom very neat and clean. The Tech Representative, Kelley was a stellar professional, very knowledgeable in the area of her role. I didn’t experience no discomfort throughout the mammogram screening. She definitely knows her job well and I felt valued throughout the duration of the screening process. Kelley is a great asset to Valley Regional Imaging and any patient would feel the genuine care and concern. In fact, all of the Staff mentioned are a “Super” asset to Valley Regional Imaging.
