"Do not bother with this place! I had my appointment scheduled Thursday February 1st. I received a message from Kayla, Wednesday January 31st to reschedule my appointment due to having a sick baby, which I understand, she asked me to give her dates that I would be available, which I did. She did not get back with me until Monday, February 5th (again, I get she had a sick baby) she said in that message that Mondays are her admin days and would get back with me that day to discuss available dates. I waited that Monday, but did not hear back, so I decided to message her that Friday, February 9th asking for my deposit back. She got back to me the following Saturday apologizing for the delay. To me, this is very unprofessional, I understand that she was unable to get back to me at first due to having a sick baby and other personal matters, but Monday she stated she would get back with me and did not follow through. The only reason she reached out was because I messaged her again on Friday, if not who knows how long it would have been until she get in touch with me again. I value other people's time and I expect the same respect. Now she is unwilling to give me a refund on my deposit stating this is to "protect herself and her business". I would not have argued if I was the one canceling the appointment, but she was the one who did and did not get back with me to reschedule in a timely manner."
