"I called the store to check on an online order for in store pick up a few minutes ago. I literally said "hello I am calling to check on an order placed yesterday that was suppose to be ready in 2 hours, but I haven't heard anything since placing the order". The associate hung up on me. When I called back, nobody answered. I definitely won't be shopping at this location again. Update: I go into the store and the perfumes I ordered are fully stocked. The associate is on her personal cellphone on FaceTime. She didn't greet us or nothing. We found the fragrances and came to the counter. Still not greeting. She proceeds to try to check us out until I let her know that we have an online order. She hurries and says "Ohh I don't know how to do that". I suggested that she calls someone for help. When I tell you I'm so over this location. The customer service was very poor and I'm so dissatisfied."

"I have come to this store multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The employees have always been nice and respectful. However, I went in today to get my daughters ears pierced and the employees were very rude. All it took was me asking them a simple question and they caught and attitude. We decided against getting the piercings."
