"EDIT: I received a call from Tom, a manager over at progressive claims. He wanted to apologize and acknowledge my concerns. He was a polite man who did his best to remedy this situation and we came to a solution that both of us were mostly satisfied with. He has restored some of my faith in humanity PREVIOUS 1 star review: I was rear ended and the guy who hit me did not have insurance. My rep Cheryl Buchanan made this experience extremely difficult for me. For starters Cheryl is impossible to get ahold of. She says she will call me the next day and I won’t hear from her for multiple days. Uninsured motorist deductible is $100; when the shop called me to tell me my car was fixed they told me there was a $1000 deductible. I immediately called Cheryl and she didn’t answer as usual. I left a very concerned voicemail and reached out to progressive customer service. Customer Service asked me if I’d tried reaching out to Cheryl….. I said yes she has not responded. They told me they sent her an alert to get back to me immediately. It’s been 3 days and I’ve picked up my car for the $100 it should have been and have still not heard from Cheryl Buchanan. Some higher up progressive rep had to correct this with the shop. Very dissatisfied"
"I live about 45 minutes away. Had to do a title exchange with them. Took maybe 5 minutes. The receptionist was wonderful and helped me fill out the title. She gave me a copy of the transaction and let me on my way."
"10/13/23 Claim # 233338550/ Matthew Gregory Insurance claim agent...This agent does not put himself in your position when you're down to your last vehicle. My opinion is he doesn't care for his customers. Today 11/14/23 and no resolution to my claim.... Hit and run,,, Progressive has the police report.... Agent tells me that they've been trying to reach the vehicle at fault with no positive result.... Next, he tells me that they will send a reservation of rights letter to the party at fault and if in ten days there is no response. they will proceed to fix my vehicle and pass the bill to the insured on their end. ten days were up on 11/04/13. and no action taken... next thing he wants to do is call the police for additional questions.... so now he backs up on his word. and is waiting for the police officer to return his call..... the police report is self EXPLANATORY... it was a hit and run.... the driver fled the scene.. what else does he want to know... this claim should have been resolved by the second option given to me......This agent answer his phone when he wishes to and convenient for him.... He sounds robotic and has no compassion for his customers.... DO NOT..... I REPEAT DO NOT do business with Matthew Gregory... He will low ball you to the point where you'll have to hire a lawyer for something that should have been resolved. which what I'm doing now.....No Compassion. Do not do business with them."

"If you are doing a commercial insurance get far away from this company. I mean it, i have been going back and forth with this company for 10 days, and i emailed them and they say that the email will take 24-48 hrs to be received. I have been sending them emails after emails for 10 days and they say they do not receive that email. It is so frustrating, we are small company trying to grow with getting customers and getting compliances, this company is super annoying. They just want to charge you more and more money. Damn. I will be rather happy with another company than this. I hope they fix their email policy soon and help their customer with what is a priority."
