Left a message for Carter Glass who was out to lunch, on his voicemail and never returned my call two days later I reached someone in his office and he is out of the country??? His secretary spoke to me yesterday and promised to call me back...never did, when I called today she told whoever answered the phone to refer me to claims. I feel like Im in the twilight zone! I have never been treated like I did not exist with a company I spent so much money with for such a long time. I am disappointed and disgusted that anyone could treat a customer this way. Nationwide on the other hand is great just find a new AGENT!"
