"Had to come back and leave a review for the awesome team at this lab! I drove down on a Monday morning from Charlotte - hoping this location wouldn’t be as busy as those in the city. The ladies were testing out a new check in station. I was greeted with smiles and chatted. No wait. They were ready for my appointment. The lab room has uplifting signs on the walls and there was just a general sense of joy in the office. Had to draw 12 vials of blood and it was quick and painless. Next time I need labs this is undoubtedly where I’ll go! Efficient, personable - what more can you ask for! Well worth the 45 min drive!"

"They open at 730 am. Get here first thing in the morning , we were the first one and got in under 5 minutes. The 3rd person has a 20 minute wait. They recommend an appointment but if you get here early , they will accommodate you. The quest diagnostic reviews are all over the place but we ordered our test through Jason Health and we were in and out under 10 minutes. Total of 12 test done. Thank you for a good service"

"We went to get our COVID-19 tests and they didn’t have enough. What’s the point of making a reservation? One of the women working there offered some options of where to go, which was helpful of her. It seems like they need a different system- they don’t even know what test we’re getting until we check in, so no one tells you if they’re out of tests."
