"The nurse was nice and helpful with my dad but the two receptionist at the front desk was rude. I check my dad in the check in kiosk and proceed to tell the the lady at the imaging desk that he have an appointment. She told me that I need to go back to the front to inform them that he check in already and they will print out his hospital bracelet for him. As soon as I informed them about it the girl sitting in front desk and lady using the laptop laughed to my face. If I wasn’t tired from waking up so early to take my dad to get an mri I would have cuss their behind out for their rude behavior."

"Never go here, please. Worst healthcare experience of my life. Needed a brain MRI today for extreme migraine and tech/radiology “professional” VICKY was awful along with her side kick- a guy of which I didn’t get his name. Students have given me better care than these 2. Took me in an out of machine multiple times because they couldn’t even get it ON. And they are in charge? After the repeated failures proceeded to TRY to give me an IV for contrast. I have never in my life had anyone miss an IV on me. You could put one in blind and with a dart yet these two missed not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 and still didn’t do it right. All contrast during duration of MRI flowed into my arm not my vein. I screamed for what seemed an eternity that was remainder of procedure. If they had been monitoring me they would have known or heard me. Once I came out they asked me what was wrong and you could see they had no idea what they did. VICKY then proceeded to tell me she should speak with the Doctor. Came back within 5 minutes to tell me “he said I didn’t need the contrast anyway and wouldn’t charge me for it since they didn’t do it right”. Yeah? If not needed then why did MY NEUROLOGIST put the order in. When I asked to speak to the doctor/radiologist for his advice she magically could not get ahold of him and looked uneasy as I decided to wait to speak to him. 20-30 minutes and nothing yet she “talked to him” right away after my procedure earlier. Yeah right. That’s incompetence, negligence, and deceit wrapped in a package. Left defeated, upset, sad, in pain, and depressed knowing they probably did the entire thing wrong, no one would ever reprimand them and hurt they would ever do that to anyone. These type of appointments are not routine. It’s usually indicative of serious problems, they take weeks sometimes months to schedule for this?? For this? I write this to anyone who considers going here. Don’t. Take the next appointment even if it’s another week or 2 later. I know you’re probably in pain and want this done as soon as possible to find relief but trust me it’s not worth it. Here I am weeks later, all services closed; and who knows when I’ll get another appointment or if insurance will even pay for another. Best of luck to you"
