"My husband and I bought this 2016 dodge charger March 5th 2022 very good customer service helped us a lot purchasing our first car the car only had 46,000 miles. The problem came April 20th 2022 when we started hearing noises under the hood the next day the belt popped and was told that the alternator was out. I reached out to contact them for help on what to do and was told the car had been checked by a mechanic before purchasing and nothing was wrong. Took the car to a mechanic and they seen clear that this is the original alternator. Instead of admitting the wrong doing to us. She proceeded to say that they don’t do warranty and it is bought as is. Just a heads up for future buyers."
