"I called the one on Lewisburg Road and their customer service sucks. I called probably about five times back to back. I was put on a hold multiple times to the point where that was the reason why I had to keep calling back and no one seem to care, I feel, even if they are busy With a customer in the store they should still have agents answering the phones to be able to handle the calls that are coming in as well because although we are not physically in the store, we are still customers who are spending our money and who has our insurance through this location And deserves to be treated with respect and not have to hear someone say over and over again hold please hold please hold please but they never come back to the phone and I called the location in Cary and I was able to move forward with what I needed. As far as my insurance was concerned. Thank God there’s more than one location."
