"Zero Stars - won't let me post w/o at least 1 star... Carotid Artery ultrasound, performed the first week in Dec. Now 2nd week Jan and my primary care physician still doesn't have the results. Multiple calls on mulitple days to request images go unanswered and after 8 rings the phone system disconnects you. Picking the other option, speak to someone else and after 8 rings it goes back to the main menu. Would not recommend."
"the receptionist up front, elvia majia. very rude during our check in process. huffing and puffing when i gave her my insurance card. information on the card was information she was asking all along because she was not familiar with our own private insurance. she then told us to move out while we had the insurance agents on the phone. she said she had "a lot of people in line" for moving us out of the line. let alone we were the only people there in the beginning for 5 minutes. all in all, she still took our insurance and got us checked in with the same card/information that she previously refuses to acknowledge. while waiting in line, she even sent an elderly patient home due to his birthday was not on the Drs referral note. we have worked with CVMC where pt comes first. CVMC imaging center should have known and take the time to help with questions or check in process. if the receptionist is not knowledgable in reading insurance cards, they should have a qualify personnel in the front to check people in. overall was very dissappointed at how things went. hope this will be read and management would look into this as i would not want this to happen to any other person, especially the elderly!"
"I am incredibly satisfied. I had gone to the imaging center for a procedure, and there ended up being a billing error. I reached out through their customer support email, and Kim Severance got everything taken care of for me in a very quick and professional matter. Despite an initial bumpy experience, Kim went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy."
"I'd just like to say to all those who have given this facility a 1 star review. You cause unnecessary stress on people and families who are obviously going there due to a medical issue. I must say we had an MRI done today. The staff literally made us feel like family. every step of the way they were there to offer the care we needed. The confidence that what they did for us will give us the best treatment outcomes. I'm so thankful."
"Had to wait at the desk at the Imaging center for the lady to finish her personal phone call. I was there for labs and she told me they stopped labs at 4pm. This was on a Friday. It was only 403pm she should have let me get my labs then. But, Now I have to go all the way back on another day to do them and that is 30 mins one way. When I got to my car it was only 405pm. It would not have hurt them to take a few extra minutes to do the labs. Pretty messed up I think."
