"One hour wait past your appointment time and turns out the doctor says the images aren’t clear to read. This has never happened with other locations, what’s the point of this place if they can’t provide a pleasant experience or even do their job right?"
"I had a great experience here; not sure why it has so many bad reviews. The receptionist was super nice despite being busy checking in patients and answering calls. Registration and the mammogram technician were both friendly and informative. There was a little bit of a wait, I expect a wait anytime I go to a medical facility. My appointment was at 10 and I was home by 11:30. Will definitely use this location again for future needs."
"I genuinely don't understand how the reviews are so bad for this place... I've been several times over the last couple years, and a few times this year alone, and everyone from check-in to the technician is always a delight. I've never waited too long for my appointment either. I've also had to call the call center to reschedule so many times (while waiting for insurance approvals etc) and every single person has been incredibly sweet and accommodating. I always pick this location because of how great each experience has been."
"There are the nicest people here! I had a mammogram and ultrasound done and they walked me through every step. Even when I got news I didn’t expect, they helped me understand and were so patient with me. There is a woman there; Jessica, and she is the nicest person I’ve met in a while! She even fit me in today for this appointment when there were no available spots.Thank you Jessica for caring and for being so nice today! I really appreciate it ❤️"
"I have to say that my visit here wasn’t as pleasant as I would’ve appreciated. Everyone was nice except for the person that did my ultrasound. She was extremely rude because I didn’t wanna wear a mask. she intimidated me and talk down to me which I didn’t appreciate. As it is unprofessional I felt attacked and felt the need to have a uncomfortable conversation. Putting my foot down and telling her she needed to stop treating me that way. There was another person who worked there that had to come into the room while the ultrasound is being done. She was incredibly nice her whole demeanor and attitude changed when we were in front of somebody else. Then she went back to being rude. I had to have another ultrasound done. I DID NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. I have a great experience at pro ultra sound. Everyone was nice there and no one tried to intimidate me into wearing a mask. They were respectful and kind. Take 2 months later speaking with holly the office manager was rude. I explained my experience and the situation I got no apology or empathy in fact she kind of double down. We went back-and-forth a little bit about how I felt and I felt that the conversation itself was unprofessional on her part. I got to a point where I said I’m not the only one that feels like your office is unprofessional and can improve. You have 2.4 stars on Google and you have to upset a lot of people to get that low of a review. She then went on very condescendingly to say well most of those reviews are from years ago. When we had a staffing issue. I responded saying well the Medlock Bridge Road location has 4.6 star review what’s their excuse. I then decided to go online and count up how many negative reviews over the past year. As she said those negative reviews were from YEARS ago. Out of 31 reviews 12 of them are from this past year 7 are from years ago. I also explained if they had been doing an excellent job they would’ve had people leaving great reviews to counteract the negative reviews. Bottom line is listen to the clients who have been here if you want bad service come here. This is your place."
