"I have never been to a tattoo shop run so unprofessionally. They had only one tattoo artist in shop, but decided to have a Friday the 13th flash sale. They were not specifically clear on guide lines in social media posts, they did not prepare for the amount of people that turned out (they have had experience with similar choice events before), and closed 2 hours after opening with tons of people waiting in line for over 2 hours on the event. There was no communication with the crowd once open, and nothing through out the afternoon to explain how it was working or going to progress. Which left people to rely on wrong information given by customers coming out of the business."

"Definitely recommend!! Bug did my snake bites piercing, and they were super sweet throughout the entire process! I’m terrified of needles but they were very understanding and patient, which I appreciated immensely. The shop itself is comfortable and clean, and the decor is beautiful! An overall very calming atmosphere. In addition, the followup after the process has been super helpful! I got a little extra bruising on one of the piercings, but Bug has been checking in with me and making sure it’s all healing smoothly. A 10/10 experience overall. :)"
