"The owner of this store is HORRIBLE. My son wanted an airbrushed shirt and when asking about shirt sizes and wait times, the owner was sarcastic and condescending. I explained that my son was between sizes and I just wanted to ensure we were buying the correct size before it was airbrushed and he was rude and dismissive. I should’ve taken my business elsewhere then, but my son really wanted the shirt. After it was done, the artist gave it to me and told me to bring it back to the owner to heat press it and that it would only take a moment. I brought it to him and he tells me it’s going to be a while. I asked why because I was told it would only take a moment. He says it’s new. I asked how long it would take and he says he has no idea and that he would have to call the company to find out. Then he gives me the shirt and tells me to iron it myself. Note - there were other people in there getting shirts airbrushed before us so he must have used his heat press and known how long it would take to heat up. The artist who did the airbrush was very nice but that store owner made for a horrible experience."
"Best experience with an airbrush shop in a long time! The artist and other staff were amazing and when we asked them to be creative with just a name on a shirt they were happy to help and we could not be happier! 10/10 would recommend!"
