"If you haven't been you need to go. We took my grandson today for his Birthday February12th We all had a great time. They have A lot of high school students working. Which is a great thing. They showed so much hospitality. They have popcorn ,pizza ,hot wings. So much more to choose from. You don't have to leave to go get something to eat. It is right there. Thank you Miss Marissa for your hospitality. District manager."

"Our family loves urban air. While I loved the location, I do not feel that staff was trained on navigating atypical families. I had to check a staff member who spoke to my nonverbal child in a condescending manner. They should take the time to observe mannerism and nonverbal cues and know that not every child is the same. I get that safety is a concern but not to the point where staff is not allowing kids to enjoy their experience. Children should not be spoken to like adults. Overall my kids enjoyed themselves but we prefer the Raleigh location."

"Wonderful time over the weekend! The staff was super and very well trained. Safety and customer service is their job one! Our cousins kids played to their hearts content. Wonderful exercise for all the many children and teenagers, plus the laser tag was fun for young and old. Can’t wait till either a baseball team or child’s birthday gets to celebrate in their 9 or 10 large party rooms. You have to experience it! I’m sure we’ll be back."

"Extremely nice and clean environment, love what the management is doing by hiring these young kids and teaching them to show up on time and how to earn a living! Great leadership, great coaching, food was great for a park and prices are a bargain for what all you can do there. Good clean family fun! Bought membership for the family to go whenever we want way cheaper that way. Take some friends!"
