"Had to do a drug screening for school here. Got here about an hour after they opened and was seen within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get enough urine flowing but they were very accommodating giving me water and waiting for about 30 minutes for me!"

"Shout out to Kim, the phlebotomist at this Wal-Mart Quest Diagnostics clinic on Saturday, September 9. She was awesome, friendly, and super helpful. She got us inside the clinic room as soon as we signed in for our appointment and was able to help us find the right Quest Direct test in addition to the doctor ordered tests, so we didn't need a separate appointment or a separate needle stick. Thank you, Kim!"

"This Quest is in a Walmart and has the tiniest stuffiest most humid waiting room I've ever seen. ONE person is working. Luckily they are nice, but overworked and overwhelmed. I went out of my way to make an apt for 1030. 4 people that showed up at least 20 minutes after me were seen. I wasn't seen until 1120. She was very apologetic and I don't blame the person working, but that wait time for an apt is absolutely ridiculous."

"Had the pleasure of being helped today by two very lovely people. I unfortunately didnt get their names, but the process was seamless. Front area was clean and instructions for checking in were clear. Before I could get comfortable in the chair I was ushered to the back. Took 5 minutes tops, including my difficult vein. Thank you to the young man and lady who helped me today! Excellent customer service and very helpful."
