"Had a prescription called in to be refilled while we were visiting Blue Ridge for our honeymoon. I got a notification a day after the prescription was sent that they had to order one of my two prescriptions. When I picked up the one that was ready I was told it would be 2-3 business days to pick up the other one. We are leaving to go to another town and will not be in Blue Ridge in 2-3 business days. Proper notification would have been best. To top it off the girl working the window offered no assistance or solution. Worst customer service."
"CVS takes goodrx coupons, and did take blink...but something fell through with them. The staff here is friendly and a few in particular go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help by telling you about other companies that help save on prescriptions. I had no idea that a new medicine was going to be so expensive and I was about $15+ short. They worked together to use any coupons to bring the price down so I could get my medicine. That really made such a wonderful impression on me. That they care about each customer enough to take the extra time to help if needed."
