"So I was with another company (no names) but I was in good hands. They were good on al ou t of different occasions.. Some they lacked. My reasoning for reaching out to new insurance was; 1st. My insurance sent out a letter saying I had to pay 4% more just because.. or they would cancel. 2nd. My daughters card was totalled and they wouldnt put it thru due to shy of $52dollars. It was already at $19,000.00.. 3rd My premium jumped to $1000.00 every 6 months. I'm a great driver.. Farm Bureau is awesome Better coverage better rates and super nice people"

"We have been with farm bureau car/house insurance for 25+ years now and have nothing but a great experience with them. Their rates are about in par with other companies but the issues we have had in the past was very prompt with getting someone out to access the issues. So far everything that has happened to us has been a easy process in getting the problem fixed and resolved in a timely manner. Now the reason for the 4 ⭐ rating is because it's like pulling teeth to get ahold of our agent sometimes. We call and leave messages and call again and it's hit and miss trying to get our agent in the office to respond back to us. But if we go in the office we are seen almost every single time we have a issues or just checking in with our agent. Friendly staff in front of the house and very knowledgeable insurance agents at this location. Keep up the great work North Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance."
