"Dr. Smith along with all of his staff are wonderful and extremely accommodating. The office has a very friendly atmosphere, and the staff is extremely personable to all ages. Even from the time that I walked into the office and met the office staff, I knew this was the perfect orthodontic office/team for all ages. They have constantly kept me up-to-date on information including bills and progress of my teeth. Also, the website, email reminders, phone call reminders, and text reminders are great, convenient services that Dr. Smith's office offers to make sure everything runs smoothly and patients never forget their appointments. All in all, this is an incredibly professional office, and I would recommend Dr. Smith and his team to anyone. I am an adult patient who needed EXTENSIVE work as I have a congenital deformity where I am missing certain permanent teeth. Dr. Smith has worked with me for 18 months and even after to ensure that my teeth are absolutely beautiful, which they are absolutely perfect now! Though I went to college in Durham, I moved out of state right after my braces were removed. Despite this, Dr. Smith has constantly kept in contact with me and corrected any issue from a broken retainer to questions regarding other dental services. Dr. Smith also takes pride in his work, and because of this, all of his treatments are guaranteed perfection in my opinion.
