"Back in 2019, I got a portrait piece by Katie. The experience was great, environment was clean and I was extremely pleased with the tattoo. Fast forward to August 2023 - I reached out in hopes to schedule a touch-up (non-emergency, of course) and haven't heard anything back. That was 4 months ago... Within the last week Katie opened her books for appointments, once again I reached out via Instagram AND email (this makes 3 attempts) and still no response. I'm an understanding person but this is ridiculous. Unless you plan on spending $500+ don't expect for her to even acknowledge you. Very unprofessional artist and very unhappy customer. I will NEVER recommend her again."

The second tattoo (in the photos) was a little more free-form and she easily and quickly drew the design out on me without a stencil, helping the tattoo to flow with my body, which I LOVE.
