"Flatbread was poor choice, very bland and simple for $15 price. Tasted like can sauce on overly toasted bread with very little mozzarella on top, basil was just dried seasoning not fresh leaves also they tried to cut it into pieces but they did not cut all the way through the tougher bread even with a knife. Fries with garlic and Parmigiano was $14. Well cooked fries plenty of parm but lacked the garlic flavor. Seems like main walk way is too narrow and busy being next to 4 elevators. A person in a wheelchair and my stroller for my kid had hard time maneuvering around this area. Liked the hotel but would only return to 401 social for the free drinks of staying at the hotel."

"Pros: Central location to uptown events. Clean and comfortable seating options. Food is fine nothing special. Cons: Staff lacks adequate customer service skills. Does not provide menus or water to customers once seated. Wait time for food, utensils, and final bill is unacceptable. Customers must walk to the bar to get assistance from the bartender when servicers disappear. Unsure if 401 Social is adequately staffed on weekends!"
