Asheville Craft Tattoo

"It has been one year since my last visit to Asheville craft. I truly hate writing a negative review about someone's art and creativity. That is not the problem....the problem is my tattoos look terrible. The spider on my hand is missing a chunk of color. My hands and fingers are COVERED in tattoos that are 10 years old and they look great. The large piece on my arm has shotty line work, blow out marks and the heart formed some strange blister in it while healing. Again, I am covered and never had these issues. Now my right forearm has this beautiful queen (done there) yet awful shaky lines and uneven hearts around it. As a person that uses tattoos as an avenue for self confidence and care, it is difficult. I am hoping to get it fixed next month. The art it's self was great, the creativity spot on. Maybe black and great and fine lines work is just not what this shop does. Regardless, I am left with a permanent disaster on my arm. My hand is an easy fix. I am hoping my new tattoo artist can fix my arm."

I've had a fairly good amount of ink done all over, and Dale's fine line work is top tier. Plus he's just a superb human. Friendly, communicative, down to Earth. Highly, highly recommended. "Dale was wonderful to work with! My partner and I both wanted botanical work done during our week in NC and he was very accommodating. It was my first tattoo and he did a great job of prepping me, checking in throughout the duration, and talking me through aftercare at the end. "I've gotten 2 tattoos from Dale now and I think he is a great artist. He draws well and is always expanding his knowledge. He tattooed the inside of my ankle and a large hip/thigh/waist piece. He is really considerate of you and has cool ideas. I like how methodical he is and doesn't stress the skin too much. He takes his time and communicates well to make sure there are no miscommunications. Bonus- he sells stickers and leather wear!"
