"I arrived on July 16th 2024 at 5:59 and they were closed and no one was inside. I rushed in traffic to get here before they close. This is unprofessional. If your hours say that you close at 6:00 p.m., then stay until 6:00 p.m. or 6:05. If you want to leave early, and not do your job, then hit the unemployment line. Again, this is unprofessional."

With a little luck and Eric’s genius detective skills, he was able to research and find the contractor who painted at my address. It gave the exact color and finish! Thank you so much for going above and beyond. It’s so nice to know excellent customer service is still alive!!!"

"I ordered online hoping to be able to do a swift pickup the same day, but it actually took two full days to process before I received notification that my paint was ready. I then went to the store and called in curbside pickup they could not find my order on record. When they did finally find it I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to mix the paint! If I would have known that would have been the process I would have simply driven to the store and walked in and had it mixed at the counter immediately."
