"Dr. Gibbs is great! He always is. The receptionist was very nice and patient as I updated my information. I owe a balance that I was not aware that I owed. I paid some of it today and after I paid some of the office manager came out and started at me with an attitude that I didn't pay a bill I was not aware I had. Telling me that I must have it paid before my next visit. Of course, while this was happening their were two other patients in the waiting room with me. Extremely unprofessional! I know Dr. Gibbs would not allow his long time patients to be talked to like that."
"If you are don't like going to the dentist, haven't been to the dentist, etc., go to Dr. Gibbs!!! He is soft-spoken, kind and gentle, and his staff is great. He creatively resolved some problems that made me very self-conscious, and saved me a ton of money with his solution. My smile is pretty again thanks to him. Go to Dr. Gibbs--you will not regret it!"
"I took my daughter to see Dr. Gibbs. We were a little apprehensive because our dentist had retired, and we were having to change dentists. The friendly receptionist and staff soon relieved our worries. Everyone was nice, and the dental hygienist turned out to be an old friend of ours. Dr. Gibbs was very nice too.
