"I was very pleased. I called and talked to Miranda she took my concerns seriously and took my info and told me she could help..The next day she had our paperwork done and the check wrote out to where it needed to go. She made this so easy and less stressful."
"Made a hard time easy. Forever grateful to this company for taking a lot of weight off my shoulders."
"Very nice. All professional"
"Miranda Dotson called my jobs 800 customer service number twice looking for me because I fell behind on a payment, it’s a pandemic and I’m just getting back into work. I told her over my recorded line do not call my job anymore. I went to break and called off my personal phone and her response was she’s a customer there so she can call whenever she wants, I replied she can call to handle her personal business but if I ask her not to call legally she can’t . I have asked multiple times for them to stop calling me because it’s now turning into harassment. I would never recommend them to anyone."
"My husband uses this business. Almost 2 months ago he missed his payment due to us dealing with losing our 3 month old. When he told them the events that had happened and that he would have to be out of work for a little while the only thing they said was "So when do you think that you can pay us?" They were not willing to work with him on holding off on payments just for a month for us to try to get everything some what in order. Also when he had his payments set up as automatic draft, he would have the money in his account, they would take out the payment, then return it to his account and charge him an extra fee. His bank realized they kept taking out payments and returning them and the bank fixed it where they couldn't automatic draft out of his account."
