"My builder told us to go to their location and look at the floor and let them know what we liked. We went there and they said they don't have any samples there WHICH is fine, it was a miscommunication BUT the lady at the front was rude and had the worst customer service skills, I could have been their next big customer, she totally screwed it for them. Rude and talked to us as if we are idiots"
"Poor workmanship. This company was a subcontractor for the builder of my home. Long story short, they essentially ruined the brand new grout in my bathroom. Every time they came out to “fix” it, the issue got worse. They layered grout on grout. They painted it . They wouldn’t just do the right thing and regrout it. The paint was peeling by the end of the first year. Their solution was more grout paint. The quality supervisor (Steve) told me he was doing me a favor by even fixing it. Based on his comment, it can be assumed that this type of workmanship is standard for the company. So I felt it was appropriate to share photos of their work. You be the judge, would you be okay with that kind of workmanship? To the 99% of us that wouldn’t be, I’d recommend looking at other companies. PS: I would also recommend looking at Yelp, where they have a 2.5 star rating."
