"I went in to this location today 1/16/24 to request a swatch/sample that is offered by LL flooring and received unprofessional behavior upon entering this establishment on Thomasboro Drive Charlotte, NC. The older caucasian fellow yelled welcome to LL Flooring with an extreme attitude with a look of disgust. Upon asking for a sample or swatch the older fellow stated very obnoxiously that they do not give samples or swatches unless they are doing the install. I do not recommend this local nor this company further more due to their past legal issues which this situation has solidified my decision to never do business with this company. I was able to go to Carpet Discount Warehouse on East Independence Blvd, as they were very professional and provided any swatch I requested."

"LL Flooring had a pretty good selection of discounted flooring. Several discontinued designs were below $1.50/ sq foot. Miranda took plenty of time to explain to me the pros and cons of different types of flooring."

"We purchased faux wood flooring from LL Flooring in November. From the moment the order was placed they were amazing. When the order was placed they immediately let us know it would be 6 weeks until the order would be in. Once the 6 weeks was up, they contacted us every week to keep us posted on when it would arrive. They apologized, even though it wasn't anything they did. Everyone at this location (Thomasboro road) was amazing. Very polite, courteous and very responsive. The additional plus is my floor looks amazing. By the way we bought the Brazilian Cherry 4mm.
