"May have possibly been the rudest person I’ve ever talk to my entire life when I called. I’m a contractor from out of town and I needed a simple bend in a 13ft X 8in piece. I don’t have the equipment with me to handle the task and was denied the opportunity to even speak with the fabrication specialist. I was being hurried in an attempt to get off the phone with whoever their secretary is and I’m telling you I will never ever recommend anybody to go there as I was a referral and not that I matter but I hope they don’t give this type of service to other potential lifetime clients. I am literally still in shock from how Rude and inconsiderate the woman I spoke to you on the phone was."
