"Such an amazing day! We had the best time becoming master magi and finishing adventures. It's exactly the kind of puzzle-solving that keeps you engaged. Can't say enough about the staff that were present and helpful. Serenity was so great at answering questions and pointing us in the right direction while still letting us figure out the answers for ourselves. Would give 10 stars if I could."
"Mathew greeted us when we walked in at the register. He helped us pick the best package for our family with the activities we wanted to do. Which was the arcade, mirror maze and glow in the dark putt putt. The place is clean and all the other staff was friendly. This is the best arcade activity place. They were not busy during the peak of season during the winter. Which is awesome. After we used our arcade credits Mathew helped us again with our points and prizes. He was very patient with my 3 kids. Highly recommend checking this place out."
"A good place for a couple rounds of black light mini-golf centered around a Pirate theme. I would rate its "hardness" or skill level as medium-to-easy. I would not rate it as suitable for small children under the age of 8 since it is dark (easy to 'lose' them) and could be a bit scary. There's also an arcade which is card-based. (Buy a card & the credits to put on it - think "like a debit card for tokens" for those who don't know.) We (my family) did not play the arcade so I can't really report much on it. Parking is good, free & fairly easy ( which is saying something when you are dealing with Pigeon Forge!), and the facilities were clean and nice. It is a fun place to visit for a couple hours of entertainment, and is in a building that is very unique as well. If you liked this review and found it helpful, feel free to give it the ol' thumbs-up to help me do better. :-D"
"We had passes for MagiQuest that we've been meaning to use for a long time and finally went yesterday. We had an hour of play time at MagiQuest, the mirror maze and a round of mini golf. The MagiQuest was fun. I would've had more fun if my wand had worked more consistently. It wouldn't pick up easily at some of the locations and became very frustrating. The mirror maze was fun. We got through it fairly quickly without getting too lost. The mini golf was fun. I wish I'd known about this indoor course years ago. It was nice to get a reprieve from the heat for a couple hours."
"This place brought out the Harry Potter loving kid side of me!! It was a blast. Our little ones and the 9 year old did have a hard time doing the magic quest part, it was a bit difficult for them. The 13 year old absolutely loved it and so did us parents!! Recommend getting more time than the 90 minutes in the packages you can get - you'll need more than that. Mirror maze - kids loved it. I did not. Mini golf was a blast too. Arcade - not worth it. Prices were ridiculous. Go to arcade city on the island for that."
