"Not good customer service at all. Came in from out of town and bought a pair of shoes that were SO uncomfortable. Tried to do a return on them the next morning before we left to go home. Got there at 11:45 snd she said they open at 12. She made up a bunch of excuses as to why she couldn’t do a simple return. Told me not everything was set up yet and also no one was there yet. She’s there! Just do quick return. Lame."
"Okay shopping experience... however, I wasn't greeted upon entering the store. No one asked if I needed assistance, but I'm fine and I was fine with it yesterday. Since a customer's two children kept running around the store, which was very annoying. I realize there is little they can do, but she said and very little to correct them. This is a shopper's nightmare."
