Oaks Family Conference & Camp

"We have been coming to the Oaks for over 10 years for our biannual King Camping . (For the most part) It is a beautiful setting at the foot of the Mts, the big front porch at the lodge and also the climate controlled gym and the swimming pool are great. They have a great Ministry here, but it is showing signs of wear and possibly a lack of enough cleaning Staff for this large of a facility. We did have an issue come up while we were there but they took care of the issue and adjusted the price so we will be kind and not give details here. Our family has made a lot of great memories here, God bless!"

"For the prices we paid for the cabin, was not worth it, $1,500.00 for 3 nights! Had a kitchen in it but nothing to cook with or silver wear to eat with. Then told us that the zip line and pole was extra. Food was $15 extra per meal, per person, if you ate in the canteen. Not to mention, you have to bring your own bedding and covers and pillows for the bunks. The Manager was rude at the beginning of checking in, having to wear a band at all times while you was on the premises."

"It is a wonderful place to go to get away from the world and just be together. It's a great place for youth camps, women's, men's and couple's retreats. It'd be a beautiful place to have a wedding ceremony."

"We have been able to use their beautiful facilties for our Cub Scouts for several years in the past and recently had an awesome graduation camp out. Their staff went out of their way to help make our experience even greater. It is truly a hidden gem in the mountains of Greene County. Thanks Kelly and all your great volunteers."
