"I moved from the state and instead of them telling me I would need to mail my old plate, I got a bill from the state. However, because the state drug their feet and sent it a month later, I now have a penalty to pay because it’s overdue even though it’s not my fault. A little information from you guys would have been appreciated and saved me money! Not that you care, you got my money and now the state is gouging me one last time. Glad to be done with this company and the state of North Carolina."
