"Walked in to get drinks. A tall fat guy and a red haired lady with only 2 front teeth. Felt the need to be rude, aswell as ignoring customers so they can continue small talk. Hateful and clearly did not want to be there. Why are they employees then. Terrible customer service and bad attitude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place for all your needs!"

"The guy in the morning between 5 and 6 am refuses to check people out while his beer order is coming in. This has happened the past 2 visits in a row! His response when I asked for him to check us out was "If you don't like it, call my boss." I would estimate several hundred dollars worth of products not purchased as every one in line kept leaving. Horrible service! I'll never be back. There is a Casey's up the road that is open at this time of morning."

"Have been in everyday have been out of 32 oz cups for soft drinks for a week still out used another 32 oz cup like they told me to ALL WEEK. Went in today did the same thing and charged me for a 42 oz. When asked about it he told me he was charging me for the cup. it wasn't a Styrofoam cup. Would not listen when I tried to explain what all the other workers told me to do. And yelled at me. Been a customer there for years. Won't be back"

"Good afternoon. While on vacation in Pigeon Forge I made many visits to your store. It was always very clean, straight and the folks were EXCELLENT. When I'm in the area again I ll be a regular customer. Please don't change the people around for you have the best. The person most responsible for my enjoyable experience there was Danielle Dotson.
