"Apparently CVS does not or will not compound prescriptions if I had been told this from my first visit I would not be complaining about receptionist/ cashier 1:00 pm June 19 and also Natalie in white coat at 5:00 pm June 19. I was given runaround about my suspension prescription whether they could or would not fill."
"Dropped prescription off at 1 was told it would be ready after 2. Went back at 5:10 and was asked to wait 25 minutes. At 5:30 was told they didn't have antibiotics on hand. My last visit."
"The staff is always helpful and pleasant! The drivethru is convenient and yes can be slow, but you can always park and go inside"
"I’ve always been pleased with this store as a whole. During these Covid times I’ve been very patient with the drive thru option. I assumed they were understaffed. I generally walk in, but this time I needed to go through the drive thru. It turns out the 30+ minute wait is due to people getting COVID tested. They are allowing them to go through the one lane thereby keeping the people there to pick up prescriptions waiting while they get their nose swabbed. I find this ridiculous. There should be a separate designated area for this testing. There are other testing sites, yet I have to wait in the prescription line, while someone is tested. There is no way that this is a swift transaction. I am a vaccinated individual, yet if I wanted to get tested I would go to my primary physician. I don’t even want to be the vehicle behind the possible Covid infected individual. I certainly haven’t seen them disinfecting at the window. I think more people should know that this is occurring at your store. The drive thru is there as a service, and a convenience to your customers. Now I understand why some vehicles are sitting at the window for almost 10 minutes. You should post a sign, that some delays are due to testing, not just understaffing. I guess my freedom starts at transferring my prescriptions, & canceling my care card."
"I'm done with the marion cvs pharmacy . Hade a perscription from my dentist called in antibiotics for an infected tooth. Watched the dentist fax it to them , when I went to pick it up they said they have never received it. Now my dentist is closed for 3 days I have to wait in pain . I understand sometimes things get misplaced or faxes dont go through but this was not the first time There seems to be a problem there often. I was even joking saying they probably going to say they never got it its a 50/50 chance you will get you're perscription with no problem . Waste of my time.never again."
