"Went to return a purse that I did not want bc the way it was made, you cannot close it properly. Got the purse at Christmas, and bc I left some money in the change pouch, they would not allow me to return it. I did try it for about an hour, and realized it was not going to work for me. No damage to the purse at all, as I had it in the gift bag that I got it in. The lady would not allow me to return it, she said it was used. Yeah I used it and realized all my stuff was going to fall out, so I put it up. Very rude snooty lady too. Do not buy anything from here, unless you expect to not return it. I'll never shop here again!"

"Not happy with this company. I spent a lot of money on a tote bag in January. The straps were in shambles by July. It's great that they have a one-year warranty. However, when I exchanged my bag for another just last month, the straps messed up yet again and I know I haven't been overstuffing this bag. Then, the associates tell me that I can only replace under my warranty once and tried to get me to spend double on a bag that will not be warranted. This warranty should be in effect at least a year from purchase. Not worth the money!"
