"I just went in to get my head buzzed and came out with patches of hair and another reason why I don't go to PX barbers. I explained to Obie (barbers name) that I just want to shave my head and DO NOT touch the sideburns. Simple. He couldn't help himself. Cut them all the way up and says he was trying get them even....didn't use the vacuum like normal and the edge up around my ears looks like a toddler did it. Then he ask if I would like to leave a tip on the card after I just told him he jacked my hair up."
