"I always have a good experience coming here! it's not even close to my house and I have to go out of my way to come here, but I do so because of how much these people care about the people there prescribing medicine to. I wouldn't normally leave a comment but considering My takeaway from reading all these dumb comments is "they have great customer service for their pharmacy, but you shouldn't come here to go shopping, and if you lost a fed ex package and they're busy helping a customers you might have to wait" people are weird and expect too much from a pharmacy. Perhaps they don't realize that it's mainly just a pharmacy, a pharmacy that tries to carry a few items that you can browse while waiting. Their not Walmart or a dollar general store lol."

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ** Black Mountain NC Store #17288 8/01/21 5:43 pm I am interested in having the Pfizer vaccine. I find that this location has it in stock. This is my only day off. I go to Walgreens and as soon as I walk in, the associate is so hateful and rude. They are closing in 15-20 minutes. So, I was too late to get the vaccine. I didn’t have a problem with coming back on my next visit. But, I did buy some books and a few things. The associate was obviously very irritated with me being interested in making a purchase. She had to open up the cash drawer just to check a price. I purchased the items and she did not acknowledge me or speak. I understand it’s close to quitting time but you have an obligation to serve the public as a pharmacy. This wasn’t a super store. It is a standalone small new Walgreens and is very limited in inventory. Like a small neighborhood pharmacy. There’s no excuse for being treated like I was. I will contact her supervisor and file a formal complaint."
