"I would have left a positive review because the lady that filed my DACA renewal was extremely nice. However, after my experience I definitely had to get on here and say that this is by far the worst place ever. I decided to come here because a friend recommended it. I filed a DACA renewal approx. 3 weeks ago and paid the complete fee for the service. I thought I could trust this place considering all the good reviews they have, however, just two days ago my DACA was sent back because the person who filed it in this location was in such a rush they didn’t bother to look over it and missed a question that had to be answered. This isn’t just a small mistake... it’s a DACA renewal, something that keeps an individual in this country. It’s the life of someone. This delay is going to cost me A LOT. My DACA will expire before I get my new one, meaning I’m even in danger of loosing my amazing job. I am SO disappointed by the POOR service provided here and would urge anyone to not get their DACA renewed here. This mistake could have been avoided if the person who filed it had bothered to look over it. But, apparently they were in such a rush because they had someone waiting that MY situation didn’t matter to them. It cost me EVERYTHING. I am so disappointed by this and will be sure to warn all my work and family friends to never come this place if they want to receive good service. I called them to tell them what had happened and all I was told was “the girl who filed it doesn’t come back until Monday so you have to wait to drop it off then.” Not even an apology, not even a “I’m so sorry this happened to you.” Nothing. THEY don’t have to live with their mistake because they could probably careless, you know, just another of their “clients.” But to me, it will cost me a LOT. I am angered and extremely disappointed. DO NOT recommend. I hope they learn from their mistakes because a mistake like this could cost someone their entire citizenship status, and they should be very aware of that."
