"Nice little boutique, went looking for something specific and was communicating on the phone with someone to make sure it would work for them, so it took a little while, so I walked around the store. The salesperson must have thought I was a thief because she kept watching me most of the time. Sometimes, people are not sure what they are looking at will work for who they are paying for it for. Please remember that not everyone is a thief."

"I visit this store every time I go on holidays in Myrtle Beach. It was my favorite store up until last week. I couldn’t wait to pick out a Puppie Love T-shirt as a souvenir for my daughter. The sales associate on the floor was super helpful and ask if I needed help so I asked her if they were gonna get any new t-shirts in stock soon. I was so excited to learn they just got new ones in that same day and they were hidden behind the desk and proceeded to show me the new shirts up until the other sales associate behind cash register said there are no price tags on them and then I was told to come back another day. I am sure the price is the same as what is marked on the other shirts so I left disappointed. I felt my money wasn’t good enough at their store so I decided to spend my money at another store. Will never return."

"I hope this review reaches the owner. I used to love this boutique. My husband and children were in the store yesterday while I was in town for the GLS. My husband being the guy that he is, knows I love Alex and Ani and my kids pick them out all the time. They had picked out a few from the case and patiently waited for the lady to come open the case to get them out to buy. Mind you what he was ready to purchase was about $200. There were 2 ladies in the store, 1 older and 1 younger. Neither acknowledged him and acted as if inventorying their few pairs of shoes was more important. The older lady looked dead at him waiting and went back to the shoes. Never once acknowledging that he was asking for help. He put back what he had and walked out with nothing. Poor customer service and word of mouth will run your business in the ground! I will not be returning here. Even if you have what I am looking for."

"My experience at the Gemini Boutique was good. Went there to buy a Alex and Ani Mermaid Bracelet. I had no issue with the staff, they were courtesy. My husband was having conversations with the owner and the sales lady. We had no issues with staff following is around."
