"If you’re looking for slow to no responses, unprofessionalism, lies on rates that don’t change because of the market but because they input your income as lower to get lower rates initially then on reapplication it increases because your income that has not changed has gone up because what they inputed was much less than what you said originally this is your agency. Many times we use these insurance brokers as a means of saving time, the actually monetary savings aren’t a whole lot but the time factor is what is important and this agency just isn’t it. Unprofessional agent gets mad when you aren’t happy about your insurance doubling in price because of a mistake they made and says I’m arguing with him when stating the issues. I wouldn’t have gone with this broker if the real price based on my income was given to me originally not a premium based on 40k less in income. Response to owner I contacted the agency because as a travel nurse I usually switch insurance when I switch contracts, I never said it was due to my premium being too high (They’re all high including the one’s you quote) that was not the issue I wanted a steady insurance I could carry regardless of the contract I’m working. After contacting you we agreed on a premium after stating my income multiple times, you said you would contact me in a couple days to set up payment which you never did. I never received anything from you or the insurance company via email or paper mail, not a welcome letter, not the ID cards, nothing. Because I extended my travel contract I was covered by my original insurance through the end of June so I was fine. By time we got in contact again (someone from the office not you) I was instructed that ID cards are now being sent out and that I owe 2 months of payments even though you never contacted me about payments like you said you would, I never received anything stating the insurance was even active. I didn’t think that was fair so fine push it to July instead of paying for 2 months I never used or knew was active I’m covered anyway. I contacted you recently for my dental and vision ID cards that I also haven’t received even though that coverage started in October. Now getting to the most recent issue, I contacted you to get better coverage for the next year and instead I’m told my income was reported wrong (40k lower than I make) which wasn’t due to my doing and my I’m premium is now basically doubling with the save level of coverage. I told you multiple times what my income was and again that’s why people use brokers, you’re not saving anyone boat loads of money it’s the convenience and time being saved by having someone knowledgeable handle it. If you can’t do that or I’m constantly having to deal with issues and it’s not a seamless experience then the service becomes useless to me. I never received anything for what you reported my income as to change or update. Just more lies, unprofessionalism, and childlike behavior by trying to slander me with half true statements. Speaks volumes to the type of business you run."
