"I am a dental phobic. This was my first time at a dentist in 10ths. I had to go because my tooth was infected and started to break off. Dr horn and his staff really mad me feel comfortable and made me laugh the whole time. I never had to have a tooth extracted before and he went thru pouch and told me exactly what he was doing. He made the whole experience so comfortable and so did his right had woman Karen. I will be back and this time willingly! Thank you so much for the great care!"

I can proudly say I didn't feel the knumbing needle or anything after my extraction. I will definitely be going back here"

"Don't know if Dr Holton was unusually busy on the day i went in for a consultation...my first visit..or if it was because I didn't have any dental insurance...i hope that was not the reason...but as they say, first impressions are very important...I will never go back to this office...He never took the time to say..Hello...He talked about me in the third person while sitting behind me..."she needs to do this, and she needs to make this choice and she needs....the office staff was polite and helpful but not sympathetic to my needs...I realize we live in New Bern...land of the doctors where they all want a piece of the pie...so to speak..but when a patient comes in with no insurance ( husband out of work because of covid)...pain with a tooth...i would have thought they would have been more concerned with what was best for me...not sending me to an endodontic doctor, then a consult with another oral surgeon before finally getting the tooth taken care of...money money money...but the story has a great ending...i found eastern carolina oral surgery in jacksonville who were more than happy to take care of me...they were over the top friendly , reassuring, kind, compassionate and there was an overall feeling of comraderie i did not feel at holton's office...so like they say...to each his own...some love him...some don't...funny how people get such different opinions from the same doctor but it happens..."
