"The best free breakfast I've ever had. Gorgeous lobby with lots of nooks, charging areas, and ambience. Rooms are mid-tier in their decor. Bathrooms are very nice."

"The room was very clean, which is the most important thing, of course. There were a few annoyances. There was sort of a loud hum coming from somewhere (not heating/cooling) that filled the room with noise. The air was very, very dry (sinuses went crazy), and the thermostat would not allow you to turn the heat down lower than 68. I will say that the breakfast was excellent, and the staff taking care of the breakfast area seemed to really care."

"The hotel is immaculately clean , fresh smelling, pristine and I didn’t expect it because I find room rate inexpensive . I believe the hotel was recently renovated.. Decor was modern and I really like it. Service was excellent. We need more towels and were delivered to our room within ten minutes. Registration staff was courteous. So highly recommended."

"I had a medical procedure and needed a quiet place to recoup near a good hospital . Hampton Inn filled the bill. The Hotel is easy to find and near every possible store and restaurant imaginable and near Rex Hospital. The check-in was easy with a very cordial person at the desk. The lobby/eating area was inviting and well-decorated. The room was clean and quiet.The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was great with very nice wait staff. The hotel was clean. Price was reasonable. My wife and I had a restful and comfortable stay."

"The Hampton Inn and Suites was everything, such a great hotel. From the free breakfast to the heated pool and the welcoming staff! Everything about our stay was 5 stars. The rooms were very clean and stocked. The best part was the coffee in lobby and hot chocolate. My kids were so happy!! The front staff was so welcoming and kind to my family, I will definitely be coming back!! ☺️ My mom even spilled coffee all over the counter and they we so sweet and made her feel comfortable (sorry about that)! Best hotel I have stayed in, so far in Raleigh!!"
