"About 3 years ago I bought my first house with the buyers being represented by Keller Williams agent. Worst experience ever until now trying to buy my second house. My bad for choosing this house again represented by Keller Williams, but why is the communication and clarity consistently bad with seller agents. I have quite a few friends in the real estate business. So it’s not just my lack of experience speaking here. Not sure if Keller Williams only attracts buyers who are negligent or if their real estate agents don’t know what they are doing, but I will be warning all my friends and family not to do business with this company under any circumstances. Fair warning."

"Agent and broker in charge withheld information in sale of home after opportunity presented itself to stand up and do the right thing. Ethically speaking, and in our personal experience, this firm ranks as a zero on a scale of 1-10. Please do not find yourself in the same situation by working with them as the broker in charge will only do what is necessary to protect her self-serving and poor reputation."

After interviewing stagers, she hired and directed an affordable company. She also hired a yard maintenane man, cleaning crew and recommended a painter. She chose the perfect colors and advised which rooms needed painting and which did not. The advice we received was crucial in selecting which projects were worth doing. We listed the house in late February, and had a great offer in 48 hours ($11,000 over our asking price!) Susan coordinated all of the repairs after inspection and was on top of all the closing paperwork. I had been against hiring a Realtor, but I was wrong. Anna (the team lead) even went to look at the house that I eventually bought to check for any problems that my agent and I may have missed.
