"I started out liking this CVS but that didn't last long. The staff doesn't seem to know what is going on half the time and the other they just ignore you until it becomes absolutely necessary to wait on you. They have called me three times about getting my permission to refill a medication that I have told them three times that I no longer take. It just doesn't seem to sink in. Every time they apologize and tell me they will fix it in their system and the next month I get the same phone call again. Maybe the fourth time is the charm with them."
