Reviews
"Really nice setup in the store with all shelves stocked with a great selection. Customer service could have been better. Two guys were working and one was sitting down on his phone while talking to the one that rang me up. Instead of focusing on the customer, they were too busy talking to each other about how someone was parking. Fix the customer service here to make your customers feel important instead of making personal conversations with other employees more important."
"I like this place. It's convenient prices are good and staff is always very courteous."
"Staff acted like I was bothering them when asking questions. We're from out of town and didn't know where anything was. One guy in particular, when I asked where certain liquor was, he acted like I inconvenienced him by asking a question. Other than that, good prices and a large selection."
"Great selection and pricing. Staff was friendly and helped me decide what would go best with apple cider. Would give it 5 stars, but there were two men hanging out in front that made me feel unsafe. I will go to this store from now on, but not alone and not after dark. I have learned to trust my instincts. So two men, loitering in front of a liquor store staring at me got my senses heightened. Luckily my husband was with me. But he said they acted like they were going to approach another woman that had just pulled in, until they saw he was watching, confirmed my suspicion. Definitely go there, but be aware and be safe."
"There is no sign on the door saying that someone has to be 21 to come in the store. I stopped in to get a bittle of wine because Food City did not have the one i wanted. The rude young man said nothing when i walked through the door or duri g the 15 minutes i was in there until I was ready to check out and had other people around. I had my 18 yr old daughter with me. She did not touch anything while in the store. I got ready to check out and he ask for her ID. I ask why she was not paying nor had she handled anything in the store. He implied I was buy for her which really embarrassed me. This is not a law if it was grocery stores would not be allowed to sell alcohol. I will not be back in that store. He was being a jerk when I ask him if it was posted that you have to be over 21 to come in the store. He would not answer me and kept saying it was the law and their rule, then it should be posted. There are better prices and nicer people at the one in town. Oh I have been in there when under age males where in there and he sold to the people with them. He did not ask for anyone's ID. He discriminated against a female Veteran."
