"Only thing I'm going to say is I don't trust this man at all. I never used him met him numerous times but my parents had him. He did them pretty wrong in my eyes. Did a lot of unethical things and like I said don't trust any part of him at all. Not getting into what my parents went through and what happened but it will come out one day. I think he's just all about the money but just my opinion. Very unprofessional as well! I will say Emily that works with him is absolutely wonderful!! He never helped me find answers or even had the respect to contact me back after leaving numerous messages but Emily stepped in and got everything done in a nice and professional manner. So go with Emily not Palmer!!"

Communication level is almost non-existent, urgency to resolve issues is non-existent, we were even told we are not a priority as a client as they have "other clients that will actually clear title, that take priority of time." I kept my cool and continued to be professional explaining my disappointment in the lack of service and they proceeded to yell "well you can find someone else, we will not continue working on your file" then hung up the phone."
