"New lady (I think she was new I’ve never seen her before) was nice, good with talking to people, but gave me a haircut she wanted to give me rather than what I wanted. Legitimately. I told her what I wanted to be done, she would straight up brush it off and say ehhh no this will be better. I just wanted a 2-3 inch trim, now I’m embarrassed to leave the house. I don’t know what happened, I feel like I was really clear with what I wanted. I hate leaving bad reviews but this haircut was so bad and it definitely didn’t have to be. I’ve gotten the haircut I wanted at this location many times before from various people. This was the first time I was given a terrible haircut here."

"I've used this great clips before, but this time was different. I got here at 3:30 and was told there would be a 30 minute wait. So I ran to orileys for some car parts, and arrived back at 4:03. Then I was told I was removed from the list because they weren't sure I was coming back, it'll be 17 more minutes. Excuse me? I just wasted 30 minutes of my time. I have a very busy schedule and I followed through on my part of things. You didnt... What the heck just happened.... good way to lose customers. FAST."
