"It has been a few years since we’ve been to Ruby Tuesday’s, and if our next visit is based totally on this experience, it will be a few more years before we return. The place wasn’t busy at all, but it took at least 20 minutes after bringing the water before they took our order. When I finally received the Bourbon Glazed Salmon, Baked Potato, and Sautéed Zucchini I discovered that the baked potato was as hard as a rock. The salmon was acceptable, and the zucchini was absolutely delicious. My wife ordered the Ultimate Chicken Sandwich and fries, but she said there was nothing ultimate about it. We frequent Florence often, but it’ll be a while before we return to eat at this place."

"Don't order the snow crab unless you bring your own utensil. How do you have crab legs on the menu and not have something to crack open the claws. Otherwise the visit was fine. Our server was working the bar and also the tables in the bar area. They were not too busy so our drinks and food came out in a timely fashion. The snow crab was tasty, but really, you need to supply the utensils for it to be totally enjoyable."

"Got there at 5:20, left at 6:33. No Yuengling on draft even though it's on the menu. No croutons at the salad bar. Waited over 40 minutes after order was placed for an "American smashed burger". Wasn't even a smashed burger, tasted like a meatloaf. Cheese wasn't even melted. Awful service and food. DON'T EAT HERE! Many other options close by. I stopped at McDonalds after this awful "meal"."

"Clarissa, (hope I spelled her name right) was an excellent server. The service was good. Food is never bad at Ruby Tuesday's. Too bad there isn't one near me. The one thing I did forget to tell the manager that the handicapped bathroom in the ladies restroom did not have a working lock. That was the only bad thing."

"Hasn't been in a Ruby Tuesday in years. Adjacent to hotel we were staying in so very convenient for travel on 95. Had new menu item, Tacodillas. Very filling, couldn't even finish. Will probably be stopping at this exit again."
